Doomscroller I, II, and III explore machine learning and human intuition as parallel ways of interpreting the experience of doomscrolling. The images emerged from an iterative, artist-directed AI process using my own writing and photographs of abstract ceramic works as source material. Through hundreds of guided image generations, recurring motifs—including a red glove, human teeth, and a metallic object—coalesced into dreamlike narratives that blur the boundaries between the archaeological, cosmic, and digital.

These prints investigate the tension between algorithmic pattern recognition and human meaning-making, reflecting on how technology shapes attention, memory, and perception. The recurring themes also informed a companion ceramic sculpture, Infinity Loop, translating the visual language of the AI-generated images into physical form.
