This sculpture was created in collaboration with an AI art-generating app where images of clay in progress were contributed with text, “The Anthropocene.” The AI’s abstract, discombobulated imagery redistributed a series of loops, injected with plant life and detritus. The collaboration attempts to understand the human-technology relationship and how new developments such as artificial intelligence affect perspectives, habits, and decision-making.
